This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for "30 AI Systems You Can Build Without Coding" (the "eBook"), priced at $9.99.
The eBook is a digital product delivered electronically immediately after payment. Because access is granted instantly and the file can be downloaded and kept, all sales are final once the download has been made available to you.
We do not offer refunds for the eBook, including in cases of a change of mind, failure to read or use the material, or dissatisfaction with its content. Please review the sales page carefully before purchasing.
If you paid but did not receive a working download link, or your file won't open, contact us and we will help you get access to the eBook. This is a delivery fix, not a refund, and we aim to resolve it promptly.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or your payment method was used without your authorization, contact us so we can look into it.
